Is a 98.8% result from Medu Laboratories comparable to 99.4% from PeptideDetective?

Setup, so nobody has to ask: 98.8% · Medu Laboratories · 99.4% · PeptideDetective.

Both of these get recommended confidently by different people, which suggests neither is obviously right.
